# Support

Write to Alto Index support from the app or by email, and the pages that may answer it faster: the FAQ, troubleshooting and the MCP server.

Email [altoindex@tinysend.com](mailto:altoindex@tinysend.com), or send it from inside the app: the heart in the bottom bar, then report an issue. Sending it from the app attaches your version and which sources are connected, which usually saves a round trip.

Alto Index is made by system operator. Everything runs on your Mac, so if something is wrong we usually need the version and the source it happened on.
