What you get

  • One file per show you follow, with its artwork, author, feed and number of episodes
  • A table of its episodes: title, published, duration, plays, progress and status
  • A link that opens the show in Podcasts
  • After each sync, journal/media.md lists the episodes you played

What you choose

  • Tick the shows to export; Shows and Recent help you find them

Left out

  • Shows you do not follow
  • Episode descriptions; there is no file per episode
  • The artwork is downloaded once, from the show’s own address

Podcasts is free, with no limit.

With Claude

The MCP server lets Claude Desktop search your shows, and /altoindex:search in the Claude plugin searches them with everything else.
